This place is everything beautiful. It’s always going to be our stay every time we visit Goa. The interiors are amazingly done. The details in every room, the pool side area and living room makes you want to spend an entire day at the villa just to enjoy its beauty.
The location of the villa is very convenient, it is very close to all the tourist places, bars and clubs in North Goa. The house help were also very cooperative with us and were there immediately whenever we called them. From the time we checked in to our check out time, not an inch of discomfort was felt. Also, Rohan was very cooperative. There was no problem in communicating with him, he was very helpful and kindly obliged to us. Overall, a beautiful experience. Felt at home in a new city. Thank you so much for this beautiful stay and experience.

Rohan’s house is forever going to be etched in our memories for giving us the best memories from the 4 days we spent there. It is tastefully made with absolutely luxurious interiors. Located in prime North Goa area, the house was within a 15-20 min distance to most of the restaurants and bars that we were hoping to visit. It is a newly made house and as a result of the same we were skeptical about it matching the photos that are being shown on airbnb, but the house is even better than what we were expecting it to be with plenty of open space. There is constant flow of light and breeze throughout the house. The living area on the ground would open up to the poolside which was an unmatched vibe. We infact preferred staying in one afternoon and chilling in the house instead of going out for lunch, just so that we could absorb as much of the house as possible. Rohan was also very helpful and constantly accessible ever since we made the bookings. Special mention to caretaker and house help Phulnima, she was absolutely soft spoken and super helpful, there was nothing that we were denied and they went over and beyond to provide for us. Lovely experience, looking forward to visiting again!
